WORST SERVICE EVER AT Metro Home Centre Menlyn

I bought a Whirlpool built-in oven and microwave at METRO HOME CENTRE MENLYN two weeks ago and i was assisted by a guy who goes by the name "FISH" who knew very well that i travelled all the way from Mpumalanga, i told him i will come buy a coffee machine and a fridge at a later stage. everything went well without complains. A week later i went back to buy a whirlpool coffee machine worth R2199.00 and he said they have the last one in stores. When the brought the machine to me to inspect, it was in a bad condition, it had a dent on the outline, the coffee jug was dirty with milk-like stains and had scratches like its been used before, the jug handle was broken as well. I then managed to negotiate a discount of R3000.00 while he was consulting with his manager over the phone and both agreed and gave me an invoice to pay R19000.00. The amchine was taken to be cleaned and packed properly and asked "FISH" if i could come pay and collect after 3 hours as i was running late for a meeting and he said no problem.

Little did i know when i came back 3 hours later, "FISH" changed his mind as i walked in to pay, he said that his boss can only give me the machine if i could pay R20 000.00. i try my best not to racialise the treatment but "FISH" is an indian guy who felt agitated that i negotiated a R3000.00 discount and had 3 hours to come up with *****ed ways to score an extra R1000.00 for himself out of a s**** Coffee machine. so i told "Fish to keep the machine and hope he felt better about what he did. I bought a new coffee machine from HIRCHS for R21999.00.
