They don’t deserve a single star

I am a dressmaker in my spare time. I went on the 9th of February to order sewing patterns from Metro Home. The sales lady, Queen Nkalanga, insisted that we pay for the patterns upfront, and promised that the patterns would be there within 10 working days. When we went today to check up on them, suddenly she didn’t know who we were and couldn’t find the order for the patterns. This is ****************! They are rude and unhelpful, and their admin s****s are atrocious. Don’t ever waste your time with them, they are losing customers fast and they don’t even care.
