Terrible after sales service

Menlyn Retail branch. Terrible after sales service. Bought a Defy microwave oven and it didn’t work. When calling the store I’m just told to “bring it in”. Metro has no regard for the inconvenience caused to customers when selling defective items. When I purchased the product I asked that they check if it’s working and they just said no they cannot they just check for physical damage. So dissappointed as I’ve been a Client for more than 10 years. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
