Russell Hobbs Cookie maker not working!

Good day.<br> <br> I bought a RH Cookie and Biscuit maker from Metro Home in Pretoria. Everything is included in the box. The product does not work. It fails to push the dough through the cookie plate. We tried two different recipes from the included booklet.<br> <br> I emailed the info@russelhobbs to resolve the problem but they did not come back to me until now<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Hannes
