Please pay back my money

I ordered a bar fridge from them 10 Nov (Tuesday) and paided on the same day with my credit card. Guy calls me the next day and tells me they are out of stock of silver fridges can he send me a white replacement. <br> <br> My question to him -> When will you get stock of the silver fridges -> By next week Wednesday (18 Nov).<br> I'll wait for the silver fridge.<br> 1st Mistake<br> <br> I called them 19 November<br> When can I expect my delivery -> No sorry sir 2 more weeks before we get stock can we give you a white one.<br> No, Pay me back the money<br> 2nd Mistake<br> <br> I send them a email with a reminder to pay the money back on the 23 November, 30 November and the 3 December with my banking details no response<br> 3rd Mistake<br> <br> Called them on the 8 December. <br> Yes sir no we will send you a proof of payment by tomorrow morning.<br> 4th Mistake<br> <br> Today is the 15th still nothing <br> Beware the this online shop.<br>
