Please pay back my money

Its been two weeks now since I have been waiting for my refund. All in all I have beentreated so badly I cannot belive that this is happening. I have been reduced to a lier by Metro menlyn and they dont care so much that one of the supervisours said its fine rather I get a refund. Of which I havent received two weeks later. They blamed it on vodacom now since vodacom did their part who is to blame now? Somebody please help me get my money back.
