Pleasant surprise!! Good job, Metro Home Centre Menlyn! Keep up the good work!!

I recently bought a pair of LG Full Freezer and Full Fridge products from Metro Home Centre Menlyn. I forgot to check the online reviews, but I had this nagging suspicion. I paid using PayFlex. This was after hours. Somehow, PayFlex noted the payment, but it didn't reflect immediately on the Metro Menlyn website. I became anxious and started checking online reviews. I could hardly sleep that night after reading one particular review titled "Don't Use Online Order Service", or something like that! I had horrible visions of my money disappearing...

First thing next morning I received a WhatsApp message confirming receipt of my order and requesting delivery instructions. I paid for the delivery and was told delivery would be the next morning. I couldn't believe my eyes!

Early the following morning, I heard a truck at my gate. It was them! They delivered the two brand new units in the freshest packaging I have seen in a while! The staff was so friendly and courteous. They even relocated my old Side-by-side Fridge-Freezer without a single complaint. I was so surprised and besides myself with joy!!

Keep up the good work, Metro Menlyn!! I thought I should share this story to encourage you and also to let people know that experiences vary. Don't be put-off by some of the online reviews!
