Non-deliverence of consumable product.

<p>This is unfortunately my last resort as I'm not getting the help I need by asking politely from the Metro staff. My folks bought a Kärcher vacuum cleaner from you a decent while ago, however the paper filter bags (6.904-322.0) have all been used, after about three months of asking and requesting these bags from Metro, they are always treated to the same answer "we have ordered and we expect stock to arrive soon", however their "soon" is longer than three months. I then tried to approach the staff with the same query, but was also treated with the same answer except for that stock was supposed to arrive this working week, the week has passed and still nothing, I feel hopeless that I cannot find consumables of the product that I bought from Metro and am constantly being teased as to when I will ultimately get the paper filter bags.</p>
