No afterr sales service from Metro Home Centre

I bought a fridge form MHC earlier in the year. When the water dispenser broke I enquired form them I will be able to purchase a replacement form them. I accepted that I broke the item and is willing to pay for the item myself - not via guarantee or anything. After 3 months and 10 emails - no response at all. I am ignored like a stop street. NO service at all. This place will never see me again. What is going to happen when I want to enquire on the guarantee? Not happy at all.
