Never buy online or per phone from them!!!

I am waiting 4 weeks now for a reply on my enquiry about the fabric that I bought from them. I paid for 70cm sequence patten fabric, I received 66cm and in the middle it measure 63cm and end 64 cm??? . I asked for 2 full pannels of the fabric, and they have cut trough the patten on the pannel. So now I can't use the one pannel. I have called numerous times but no reply.... And I am working on a time line and need the fabric.
