Metro Home Expensive or Overcharging on WOOL pricess

I bought wool from Metro Home Centre Menly and was charged R60 per ball on investigation I found that all other Businesses charging beween R28 and R45 per ball. I found several current prices for Classic Yarns Symphony 100g (often listed as "Symphony Melange") from South African suppliers. I couldn't find any Pretoria or Centurion stores publishing lower in-store prices, so the comparison below is based on available online pricing that should deliver to Pretoria/Centurion.

I could not find Classic Yarns Symphony 100g listed on Metro's website, but Metro's fabric and wool departments do stock a range of yarns and may have Symphony in-store. The online catalogue currently shows other 100g yarns (such as ELLE Charity DK) at around R29.99–R30.00 per 100g ball.

Based on the prices I found earlier:

I will Certainly make sure of the Pricess next time - I do not think I will lightly buy wool or Material from this shop ever again
