Metro Home Centre bad service

Hello Peter,

Please help i bought bar chairs (product code E-13B at Metro Home Centre Madiba Street . The chairs were incorrectly assembled ,then one chair got broken because of factory fault .

i have to return all chairs to the shop,after sending several emails informing them about the matter . the guys at he store understood my concern because they saw the fault on the chairs . we even looked at the new chairs is the store ,they had similar problem . but their office did want me to exchange the chairs for other model because the model i bought ,they all had similar fault .

the office didn't want me to exchange the chairs nor refund me .

This is really ridicules service . The guys at the store understood my concern because they also could see the problem with the chairs.
