on 3 occasions the last 2 weeks i phoned Metro Home Menlyn to ask for a 10 w LED Day and Night floodlight the price they gave me was R89.00 the then ordered 3 when i went to collect it, they told me know it is not for the floodlight but for the bulb after 3 times there was a misunderstanding and the admitted it to me because i did not take the name down of the person that i spoke to according to the owner i have no case i insisted to speak to the owner and they refused. then i spoke to a Sadek ho started swearing at me telling me i am a ****ing ***** and that i have a mental problem

what an insult and who is that owner that he refused to speak to a customer never ever will you see me again
