***** or False pretence what would you call it?

I phoned Shawn Lutchman at Metro Home Center Menlyn at 8h30 on the 13th of December inquiring about an AEG 90cm cooker, where he told me that it's best to come in and purchase it so that it can be loaded immediately. I arrived at the shop at 10h00, he filled in the invoice, I paid and was told by him that I must go around the corner to pick it up. After waiting 20 min at dispatch they told me that there is no stock available. He should have seen there is no stock available on the system, when I phoned and when I was in store. still he let me pay and pretended that all was fine. Dispatch told me stock was coming in the 14th and that they will deliver free of charge, because it was not my fault. When I phone them they have an issue that I did not pay for delivery. I went to collect because I wanted it yesterday the 13th of December. Yes this is how they do business. I am getting paid by the hour and now it's costing me my time and money to sort this.
