Dishonesty

I bought wallpaper at Metro Home Centre Menlyn a month ago. The consultant advised me that the wallaper would be available within a week. Today I followed up again and there is no wallpaper. I have requested them to refund me but refused. I do not understand why they are not honest and unprofessional.
