Denying promised service

Went to enquire on a Bosch fridge that they sold for R12999.99 and was told if I could get it cheaper somewhere else they can beat the price, few days later I found it at Makro for R10999.99. When I went back the manager (Salim and Co workers in appliances) refused to act on their word and said they won’t give it to me. After travelling and using my resources to get what they had promised they refused to assist, disappointed and shocked is an understatement.
