DAY LIGHT *******/ MANAGER NEVER AVAILABLE/SALES PERSON ATTITUDE DROPPED PHONE ON ME

PLEASE GIVE BACK MY MONEY AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE..... Sales person thats not following policies and procedures & Manager still backing up for her. Sales persons attitude while she was on the line with me, she dropped the phone on me on the 1st of October 2018 @ 09:40... I will never ever go back there again and i will definetly make sure i will never refer anyone to there store. thats how disgusting there service is , manager never avalailable and no stand in if she not available..
