Bad Customer Service

Hi Have placed an order, Id reference is 3011. I have never in my life received worse customer service from any company. The Guys in the Appliance department spoke to me like a dog and promised me that they will call me back right away and after calling back twice only to be told again that they will call me back and still no return call have been received. I would rather spend my money with a company they treat there customers with respect.
