Bad after sale service

<p>I’m from Nelspruit. My son, living in PTA, purchased a GEM20U43 industrial sewing machine from Metro Home Centre - Menlyn on the 30th of June for me. This past weekend I went to pick it up. When we assembled it at home we saw that they'd given us the wrong table. It's for an over locker not a sewing machine. Yesterday I've phoned the manager, Yaseen Carrim, 6 times and they said he'll come back to me but nothing happened. This morning I've phoned again. After a while the phone went dead. When I phoned again, they put the phone down and when I then phoned it said the subscriber is unavailable and it’s a business. We would like them to come and pick up the table and bring us the correct one. It’s their fault and I’m not driving to PTA again. I’ve got all the paperwork</p>
