Shelf ladies ganged up on me

My name is Mpho currently staying in Bloemfontein home town is botshabelo. Yesterday around 17h15 I visited metro food at botshabelo and I had a bad experience with the lady at the counter shelf ..I was carrying my school bag along with my umbrella so I gave her both my items she told me they not allowed to take umbrellas ok I was fine with that but because I know I am a very forgetful person I humbly asked to put my umbrella inside the school bag she rudely said to me she is not going back and give my bag she helped the other lady behind me and her Woolworth bag had umbrella and few she puted the lady's bag just next mine but still refuses to give me mine back so I can put my umbrella inside ..I asked for the school bag she asked for the card gave her the card and puted my umbrella inside the bag and gave it back the lady was very rude she said she is not going to take my bag again I should go with it inside I asked her to tell the securities at the door bcz I dnt want them to say I must come leave the school bag bcz I know we not allowed to enter with it she said u can leave it there .after this experience still choose to be a bigger person and try to make excuses of her having a bad day ..I went back with a hope that I would find my back inside shelfs even though she did not give me the car .

When I came back the was another lady who seemed to be informed about the incident I asked for my bag Wich was just left there with no one watching it I mean anyone could have just took that bag bcz it was not save to just leave it there . So I asked for my bag the other lady told me I should come get my bag she does not help people without card and she does not help people that are not infront the counter ..I was so angry and furious .I thought shelf ladies are the most friendliest people in a business they the face we must get warm welcome from them so we can enjoy spending money at their store ..
