Expired Sasko Vanilla ****in Mix and rotten Denmar Apple juice

I bought Sasko Vanilla ****in Mix on the 2nd Feb 2021. Whn i try to use it, i discover that it has expired. I stay far from the shop. I decide to call the, the lady who picked up the phone told me that the only option she has for me is for me to comw to the shop & they will refund me. I asked her, with no apology at all i should just come back to take the refund....i stay far from the shop, what about my petrol. She said she cant do anything for me and she will transfer me to the manager.

The manager was the same, no apology, he told me that i should call him the day before i come and when i am at the store, he will organise a refund for me. I told him that i have called with money and he is asking me to call again with my own money to tell him i am coming to the shop.....he said its fine, i can just come and ask for him.

on the 8th Feb 2021 my brother also bought Denmar Apple juice 1,5 Litre, when he opens it in the car, it spilled all over, it smelled alcohol and very rotten. He returned it and they gave him an attitude. They told him that he opend it, how can they take it back. He opened it infront of them and it spilled on the manager's clothes. It smelled really bad.

What i am complaining about is poor customer service. It wouldnt hurt to apologise and maybe show concern. That you would investigate because it can be that a lot of things have expired in the shop and they are selling that to our people. I have how they treated me and my brother. They dont show the understanding that its an inconvenience to buy an expired product.
