still waiting for my prize

Hi <br> <br> My name is Duduzile<br> <br> On the 16th of February I won a Bp Hamper, Metro awards Tickets and a R2000 petrol voucher from Metro fm.<br> And on the 23 I received a call from people at Metro asking for my address which I gave them. I then waited for my prize to be delivered on that week just before the metro.<br> I won General tickets so I then went ahead bought an outfit got a place to stay, My friend's car was ready for travelling, I started getting worried on Thursday and tried to contact them but they never answered on facebook, my calls emails kept bouncing back. I then sent a direct message to you guys on Twitter and you said you were going to investigate and get back to me.<br> <br> I then received ntado's number and called her she said i had to collect the prize in Durban but that not what they said when they called and asked for my address so they can deliver the prize.<br> she said there was a misunderstanding and i should send her an sms with my name i did that and i got no respond from her.<br> i then again sent an sms yesterday and still no response. i also have an sms about the ticket colletion and not the hamper. i just want i won
