Metro FM VIP Club (cellphone Cover)

I called MetroFM Cellphone cover insurance to get my cellphone covered .After each call the agents would promise to send my policy number through a detailed policy document. I had to call the agents more than three times to remind them to send me the final policy number . Now my phone screen is broken and their claim division number does not exist ...I have been waiting for about four weeks for their alleged "Senior Manager " to call me so they sort out my query out. This Club is not ready for business
