False premise

Good Evening I need help. I won an amount of R5000 on a Samsung Competition which was on Metro Fm on the DJ Fresh Breakfast show which took place on the 27 February 2019 and I was so happy as I was told that they deposit the amount on my account as it was my wife's birthday on the 02 March 2019 I was so happy to by her a present and do other things. Two weeks hase passed and I made inquiry at the station no response.

I sent email made phone called no feedback. And the Lady who was taking NY details was ***********. She was I'llpatiant. I don't know what to do please assist my contact are ********** 919 And my email address is **********
