Asking me to call at 7h15

I called 3 times to enter the competition and the guy that answered the phone kept in saying I should call at 7h15, I called again at 7h10 and he said 7h15 and hung up the phone. I called again at 7h15 and he tells me it's still 7h14 on their watch. This guy hung up and immediately after that I heared them calling a Ntokozo then Michelle as the winner. How fair is that. Is that fair......I love metro fm and what ever that they are doing I don't like.
