wrong information was given

i was charged R6555 for me to get my car from metro accident assist.We were involved in an accident on the 27/07/15 and towing guys from metro accident ass came while waiting for the cops to make statement.We were all shocked and traumatised.Herman (vehicle reg 270FSTGP) from metro accident assist wanted to tow my car and i insisted that all i want is my car to be towed to my home so that i can make informed decision as i was not thinking straight that day.They took advantage that we were all confused and traumatised,he told me that if they tow my car to my home they will charge me R750 but insurance wont pay for my car damage,i asked if he is referring to the towing fee and he said NO The total cost for the damage it wont be paid if we not tow to the towing company.i then agreed as i didnt want the insurance to not fix my car.Wen i get to their offices yesterday i was told to pay R6555 for me to get my car,and was even told that insurance will pay for the damage irrespective of weather the car was towed to them or my home.i paid just for me to get my car as i didnt wanna loose my car due to their exp storage fees,all i want is my money back as wrong info was given,t
