Never in the wrong******

My car was ****** and recovered and had to be moved from the Police Pound to a panel beater since the engine management system was ****** and the car was not drive able. Metro Accident assist was sent to hook my car to move it to a panel beater and caused R10,400.00 of damage to the frond end of the car that was not damaged before and now they claim that the damage was on the car before towing. They are getting away with damage they caused and does not want to take responsibility. I will not recommend this company to any one, as a matter of fact, if I ever need to use a tow truck company again and they arrive, I will chase them away and think nothing about it.
