METRO ACCIDENT ASSIST ARE LIERS

I want to warn all the people NOT to use METRO ACCIDENT ASSIST. They are *****. we are involved in an accident and the metro accident assist people was first on the scene. WE DON'T HAVE INSURANCE and we tell them that we will move our vehicle ourselves. But then they tell us that the other vehicle who cause the accident's insurance will pay for our vehicle's towing. We tell them 100 times we don't have insurance and every time they assure us that the other vehicles insurance will pay for the towing. The next morning when I phone the insurance company they said they don't pay for third party towing. I then phone Metro Accident Assist and tell them there people lie to us and they only said we must pay. He said I must pay R2500 and R295 per day storage money. It is unfair because they LIE to us, if we know the truth we WILL NEVER let them take the vehicle. But we trust them. when I phone this morning I speak to a Vincent and he said they don't take responsibility for what the people that work for them. I tell him that it is unfair and I tell him they are \aasvo?ls"and then he said I must pay almost R7000.00 PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T USE THAT COMPANY. YOU'RE GOING TO LOOSE."""
