Excellent and Personal Service!

I was involved in a car accident yesterday in the intersection of 11th Avenue and 3rd Street, Houghton. Within minutes several Metro Assist vehicles were on the scene. They weren't pushy but were patient and very helpful. Glenn towed my vehicle to my insurance's assessment centre in Sandton while Riaan took me to the police station in Norwood to open a case. Glenn then picked me up to take me home to Alberton. All the while they were all very professional, caring and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure I was safe and got to where I needed to be. It's not every day one experiences service like that!!
