Meter Reading debacle at Erkuhuleni Municipality.

This Company does the meter readings for water&lights for Erkuhuleni and kept on putting threatening notices on my gate as they could not get access to my premises as I was at work. In any event I had been reliably posting my readings until this useless lot got the contract to take the readings. Never have I missed a municipal payment and I don't intend to do so now.

After complaining to them about their threats to cut off supply because they could not get access - I communicated my mobile phone details for them to arrange access and also I have e-mailed them photographic proof of the meters (as agreed).

Now they have inputted an interim reading (not the provided readings) so that I must now pay well in excess of my actual usage due to their unprofessional behavior.

I feel compelled to bring this complaint to the Hello Peter facility.
