Pension Fund

I have worked for Methodist Homes for the Aged for the past 11 years.On the 13th of April 2015 I submitted my resignition letter to my manager (Elsa Steenkamp).She accepted the letter and informed me that i will recieve my pension fund payout in my bank acc after 4 weeks from date of resignition.But i havent recieved a cent to this day.Everytime i call her it is ether she does not answer the phone or some admin lady would answer the phone and come up with excuses.I was told that some cleaner at Methodist Homes for the aged head office has thrown away all my documents that were faxed through and that was on the 30th of June 2015 & the admin lady i spoke to said that she has personally sent the documents to the office on the very same day the 30th June and she told me that i will recieve the money in my bank Acc after 4 weeks but to this day nothing has happened.I have bills to pay.And i have children to feed.
