Penrui Infrared Thermometer

I bought a Infrared Thermometer (Penrui) from Clayton Michael Pillay ***) on 2020-05-12. From the start everyone's temperature show above 40 Degrees Celsius. I asked if the unit can be calibrated on 2020-05-12, 2020-06-17, & 2020-07-02. All answer that I get is that they wait for the supplier to come back. I paid R1 322-50 for something essential, that is now lying in a cupboard. I bought it due to Covid 19, to test everyone that enter our shop. Please can someone assist. The unit needs to be replaced.
