Unauthorised costs deducted

With the forced replacements of meters late in 2024, our 5 meters were replaced by Meter Mate. No mention was made of costs involved for us. The meters were replaced and then they simply starting deducting the costs from the monthly pay-outs due to us. We have both asked for clarity repeatedly. Finally last week, I was sent a copy of the Invoice (made out to our agent at that time - not to us). Bongie and crew are so far successfully ducking and diving the issue of proof where we gave consent for the cost or even where we were quoted for the cost. This is downright disgusting. We have used their services for years and now this!!
