PATHETIC service

One star is too generous.

The service is absolutely pathetic—we’ve been waiting over 24 hours for a technician to fix the box. No updates, no communication, nothing. We’ve wasted an entire weekend waiting with no idea when (or if) they’ll actually show up. Completely unacceptable.
