Meter Maite was unable to give me detailed transaction information on Electricity Token

I bought Electricity for my prepaid meter on the 2021/06/16 5:43:07 and the token was not being redeemed in my understanding. I then tried to redeem the token on the 15th January and it did not go through.

I then called this company to try check why the token was being rejected.

Amaizinly the company does not have any information if whether the token was redeemed or not, the only thing that they can give me is the transection date but not detailed information of the transaction.

I am so disappointed by this compant
