Poor service

<p>So i recently engaged Meter boys for a prepaid electricty, which they confirmed was a council meter. To my dismay this is not the case!!! The owner Cobus van den Burgh advised me that this system is registered with the council and the council will no longer bill me. 3 statements later and mulitple calls with no repsonse from Cobus!!!. Whilst there are amounts being paid over to my account for voucher purchases one payment is missing!!! i am now being charged VAT for the tokens as well as by the council for electricty. </p> <p>I want this system removed and a full refund as what i wanted and what i received is 2 different things!!!!</p> <p>Seems Cobus though has fallen off the face of this earth.</p>
