Do not use Meter Boys for Pre Paid Meters

I've been let down terribly by Cobus of Meter Boys. We paid him to install a pre paid Electrical Meter ( for a friends property) After 3 months we found out its not even connected to the municipal account for the property according to City Power, even though their services include dealing with the municipality before installing the meter. He is not helping to resolve our issues, has not supp**** full recons regardless of requesting this many times. He has stopped returning emails, smses and calls and I've even tried to go to his office He is seldom there so I could not see ANYONE! I DO NOT recommend him! He needs to REFUND us immediately!
