Dangerous and irresponsible driving
I had an incident with one of the employees driving a vehicle with this companies branding He is an older white male with white/grey hair and had an overall jacket on with another passenger in the vehicle. This is a serious incident of extremely dangerous and irresponsible driving that occurred in Kempton Park at approximately 06:30 this morning, 06 January 2026. At the four-way stop intersection at High Road and Great North Road, where the traffic light (robot) was not functioning, the driver in question showed a complete disregard for basic road rules and the safety of others. It was clearly my right of way to proceed through the intersection. Despite this, he drove straight through while I was already halfway across the intersection. I sounded my hooter to alert him to my presence, yet he did not slow down, stop, or acknowledge the situation in any way. Had I not accelerated to avoid him, his actions would have resulted in a serious collision. This level of negligence is unacceptable and puts lives at risk. The behaviour continued further along High Road, where he exceeded the speed limit in order to force his way in front of me. He then cut me off at the point where the two roads merge into one just before Flora High Nursery. This was aggressive, reckless, and entirely irresponsible driving. This driver’s conduct demonstrated a complete lack of concern for traffic laws, road etiquette, and the safety of other road users. Such behaviour is extremely dangerous and should not be tolerated.
