Metanoia Aesthetics lash experience

I was shown the door at Metanoia Aesthetics after attempting to give constructive feedback. I sat as a model for false lashes to assist Ronel in fulfilling her Qualification requirements. At no point was I informed what products or lashes would be used on my eyes. During the 2.5-hour procedure, I was never asked if I was comfortable, offered a break, or given any updates on progress. The glue caused a burning sensation in my eyes. My concerns were initially ignored, and when addressed, I was handed a fan and told the glue was hypoallergenic and that there was “nothing” in my eyes. No care or concern was shown despite ongoing discomfort. When I later offered feedback, I was told I was “just a model,” making it clear that my role was viewed only as a means to fulfill a quota rather than as a person deserving basic client care. The interaction escalated, and I was shown the door. After my experience as a model, I would advise caution, as communication and client care were lacking and the product used may not be suitable for everyone.
