Very annoyed and disappointed

Unfortunately not a good review of this company. I ordered an awning & paid my deposit. Since paying the deposit, Shaun and Marcelle were very hard to get hold of and did not arrive to set appointments to view my area before starting. Needless to say this has been a painful experience with absolutely NO communication. The last straw was getting home to find 3 holes dug into our concrete slab, which was NOT ever discussed nor authorised. So now I sit with NO awning, NO deposit, holes to fill in our concrete slab and NO communication from Shaun and Marcelle on how they are going to refund me. I too am a business owner and would never, ever treat customers the way these 2 have treated me as a paying client. Be careful when wanting to use their services and hopefully you get your items!
