Paul Gibson a ****mer

Paul Gibson is under investigation for numerous ****s. He trades under various names, inter alia as Metal Nexus and GoudWoud. I ordered 10 x 1 oz Krugerrands from him in 2021, and I have never received it. When I call him he is very polite and says they will be shipped soon, but nothing happens. He owes me 10 x 1 oz Krugerrands.
