METAL MERCHANTS CONTRUCTION COMPANY ARE *******

Please DO NOT use these *******. We had paid them for renovations at our home which the waterproofing of the new roof was part of the scope of work as well as final touch ups according the 2 page snag list we sent them. Whenever they asked for payment for material or anything related to the renovation we paid them without hesitation. They are now ignoring our calls and whatsapp messages wven though they confirmed in writing that they will pay us our money back amounting to the waterproofing and snag list and we can use our own contracters to sort the issues out. Its been 2 months and our messages are being read and not responded too.
