Mibfa are all about delays

Good Day<br> <br> My brothers and i app**** for my late fathers pension fund in 2010 when he passed on ever since mibfa is still investigating everytime there is a new delay ive put in many leave days to go to the office my airtime spent calling the call centre and emails i sent all the time still nothing i just feel their service is unproffessional and cold while my father worked for metal industries for 3 decades and now when his gone and this is how his beneficiaries must run around. Is there no one i can lay an official complaint to like the ombuds man?
