26 days to not deliver an simple order of 100 badges, here is the narrative;1. Payment done on 20/02 /2020 2. Proof Approved on 25/02/2020 3. Followed up on 03/03/2020 - no response 4. Followed up on 04/03/2020 - responded that jagged edges were creating a challenge , needed more time. 5. Followed up on 05/03/2020 - requested a time indulgence until 10/03/2020 to get order done. 6. Followed up on 09/03/2020 - and received feedback that the order will not be completed and we will now be refunded. 7. Requested bank details, and a Bank Confirmation letter was shared on 09/03/2020 8. On follow up on 10/03/2020 - indicated they will endeavour to pay by Friday 13/03/2020 9. Payment not done, and followed up on Saturday 14/03/2020 , the indication was a cryptic note that refund has been approved to the amount of R1232.00 from the R1250 paid. 10. Telephonic follow up on 16/03/2020 - promised to send PoP that day. Nothing received. 11. Follow up on 17/03/2020 - promised that I will be called by the accountant, that hasn’t happened.
