LACK OF EXPERTISE

We had our swing gate automated. From the first week, we continued to have challenges of the automation malfunctioning. Initially the main employee that was responsible for the installation, attended to the problems experienced. However after some time, we were informed that the individual concerned left their employment. Another individual named Marlan look over the repair/service. <br> It was understood that the initial person was the person who had the knowledge to work with swing gates, while Marlan was more offair with the installation of sliding gates.<br> Since the automation of our swings we have not been satisfied as the automation continued to malfunction.<br> For a while they continued to take care of the maintenance needed and before long it would malfunction.<br> They then called an independent, knowledgeable person to look at the motor. He informed me that the connections were done incorrectly for both the gate and the magnetic lock.<br> The company wants wants us to pay labour (R1650.) and and parts because they say that the mother board has crashed and we need to bear the cost of that as well.
