Verbal abuse and disrespectful manager

Staff at Metalcross haven’t seemed to grasp the concept of customer service due to being so new I was quoted a terrible price that I may aswell contact my car dealer directly. When I entered the premises I was verbally abused and spoken to like the oil they threw after the last car service they did Please BOYCOT AT ALL COST

The manager has no respect and I can see how scared his staff is of him. It’s a very sad thing to see.
