Metal Cross Vehicle Makeover Clinic, worst experience ever

My car went in for a full polish and touch up, front bumper respray, bonet respray, part of the rear bumper respray and the two mirrors, dents to be removed from two front doors. I was called in to say it was ready after 2 days, I inspected the car to find the respray was TERRIBLE, noticeable chips in every panel that was a total respray with no explanation, the polish was not complete. They attended to it to give it back to me a day later, the doors dents were not removed and I did not buy the explanation on why all the scratches were not buffed out. A deep scratch on the roof was buffed out, surrounding smaller ones were not. Only once I noticed the dents did they agree to remove them from the bill, however, the dents were R1600 and they only discounted R9500 by R500 saying that they had already gave me a good deal. They did not refund the additional Uber trips and when pointing out chips that haven't been touched up they still charged full price for the polish R1500 and extra R300 for touch up. They basically wore me down repeating the same absurd logic over again and hit me with the bill when I was to drained to fight further, I would not receive my vehicle without making the payment. They are a ******* and did a terrible job, overcharged for line items and charged for line items they did not do. I would not use them ever again!
