no comunication/updating

I saw a car bmw x5 e70 silver 2007 model date 17.07.2015from the salvage and i spoke with the sales lady by the name Zethu ,we check the car and i was happy becoz it was starting nicely and only body work need to be done ,ive made a payment on R30.000 on the 21.07.2015 as a deposit and i paid a balance of R65.000 on the 10.08.2015 ...TOTAL 95.000 .when i went to fetc the car on thier storage on the 11.08.2015 the car doesnt start and i spent the whole day trying to start i didnt win i even bought a deasel of R138.00 AND THE BATTREY think mybe is the problem but unfortunately.i met the boss at the head office same day at booysen and promised to fix it on the following day which is 12.08.2015 but untill now not yet and everyday when i cal to the office even my sales lady she says is not in the office and she cant do anything with my problem so im no longer interested in the car i need my money back. PLEASE HELP.
