Worst company ever

Absolute worst possible service ever. Unprofessional. First i only had to pay delivery fee, then i had to pay 30% of vehicle price, then i had to pay full price before getting my car. After i paid everything they came back telling me i must pay the vat which was not on the invoice or anywhere during the discussions. Then the driver apparently had a breakdown and now wants me to pay for the truck's tyre. This is ridiculous.
