BROKERS THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

Metafin is a company that claims to be brokers for medical aids etc yet as a current client of theirs i have never ever been contacted in 7 years, not even to rectify a problem. They were so call managing my discovery medical aid yet didnt bother informing me when my medical plan was changed to a higher one and i was charged double the premuims. When confronted i was told the lady in charge was gone on leave and magically all the paper work that i submitted to them was not in there possession yet they had submitted half of the papers to discovery. because of theirs and discovery's negligence i was ****** yet no one is willing to take responsibility for what i was not involved in just heavily CHEATED in. R11000 gone of my money!!! Months of calls and i have not been contacted once by neither company to rectify there negligence.. but owe them money see how fast your medical aid gets cancelled but when they ***** your money no one wants to pay you back what they stole!!
